Matt is a lifelong resident of Des Moines, Iowa and grew up working in the restaurant industry. From his first job as a bus boy to hotel line cook, and eventually, owner/operator of Elliott's Bistro at age 25, Matt has preformed in most aspects of the restaurant. Matt has spent the last 17 years cultivating knowledge in the food service equipment industry as a dealer sales representative. For more than 10 years, his focus has been on design build, bid contracts, installations, and all aspects of 11-4000.
As an outside sales representative, Matt is responsible for central and western territories of Iowa and Nebraska.
