PARAGON MARKETING is proud to announce the completion of our new TECHNOLOGY CENTER located at 10915 Eicher in Lenexa, Kansas.  The 17,000 square foot facility incorporates offices, a fully functional test kitchen, a digital product training center, and an enhanced warehouse.  Access is conveniently located at the I-435 & I-35 interstate corridor in southern Kansas City. 

The state-of-the-art facility includes an integrated computer network running Microsoft NT and 2000 software.  A Dell server and individual employee workstations are all connected on a 100 megabit local area network.  The internet is accessed over a high speed frac T1 protected by a 3com hardware firewall.  This system gives the staff immediate access to Microsoft Office, AutoQuotes, Peachtree Accounting (inventory), UPS shipping software, and the latest in internet technologies including advanced video conferencing and virtual private networking.  We are now the first company to be awarded MAFSI's Expert Level of technological certification. 

The test kitchen and training center boast a digital production studio for equipment problem solving and start-ups utilizing digital (CD) and VHS formats.  

The warehouse area includes computerized inventory management in addition to a 4’ high dock, trailer height dock and drive-up ramp.

Company History and Philosophy:

    Paragon Marketing was founded in 1947 by Wilbur Moore and joined by Al Horn in 1952.  In 1967 Joe Goode joined the team followed by Chris Horn in 1977 leaving them as the current principals of the company.  We currently maintain offices in Kansas City and St. Louis with full office staff and outside sales people.   Boasting the largest staff and facilities of any rep organization in the central states, service to both the customer and the manufacturer is our primary focus.   

    Our purpose is to create a standard of excellence that exceeds our customer's expectations.  With over 165 years of combined experience in the food service industry, Paragon Marketing offers our customers not only the detailed knowledge that goes along with our experience, but courteous, professional, and thorough follow up with each facet of our service.  We provide our dealers and endusers with a full-service office staff in both Kansas City and St. Louis to handle all customer service needs.
